How To Place Order?
By placing order with us means you have agreed & acknowledge to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Click on "MENU" : Start by clicking on the "SHOP ALL" button to access our offerings.
- Browse & Select : Explore our products and pick your choice of flavours. Don't forget to choose the quantity before adding into cart.
- Add to cart : Once you have made your selection, click "ADD TO CART".
- Add-ons (optional) : If you want to include extras like a "Cooler bag / Re-useable ice pack", click on "Add-ons" under "Products" for options.
PLEASE NOTE:
For delivery, ensure that it is within KL/ Klang valley/ Selangor, as we do not offer interstate deliveries at the moment. Orders will be processed and fulfilled only upon receipt of payment. For any assistance, feel free to reach out to us through IG DM (Insta: @byyou.kl)
About Butters?
Q: Is it necessary to refrigerate the butters?
A: Yes, it is essential to keep the butters refrigerated within 1 hour after receiving it (make sure they are not exposed to direct heat & placed under the sun) & when you are not consuming it. This precaution is necessary to prevent the butters from spoilage and to maintain it's freshness and quality.
Q: Should I keep the butters in an airtight container once I've opened it?
A: Yes please! We highly recommend you to keep them in an airtight container.
Q: How long can the butters last?
A: We would recommend you to indulge in it within 2 months when the butters is in it's freshest state. The butters can also last up to 4-5 months if you keep it clean, in an airtight container, and free from contamination.
Q: What is the weight of the butters?
A: Our butters comes in a 142 GRAMS +- per block.
Q: Is the butter suitable for vegetarian?
A: The unsalted butter that we use is vegetarian friendly. However, some ingredients that we've added into the butter may not be suitable for vegetarian. Kindly DM us (Insta: @byyou.kl) to check with us.
Q: Is the butter halal?
A: Our butters are Muslim friendly (no pork & alcohol) but not halal certified
Delivery & Self Pickup
Q: How do I choose delivery / self pick up date and time slot?
A: You have the option to select your preferred date and time slot before proceeding to place your order on our website. In case your desired time slot is not available on the website, don't hesitate to reach out to us (INSTA: @byyou.kl)
Q: Can I arrange my own 3rd party delivery service for pick up?
A: Yes, you're more than welcome to do so. Simply select the "SELF PICK UP" option before proceeding with payment. Then DM us (INSTA: @byyou.kl) to notify us of our arrangements.
Q: Which region do you deliver to?
A: We currently only deliver to areas within KL, Klang Valley & Selangor. (Places where grab & Lalamove can reach).
Q: I want my order ASAP. Do you have same day pick up/ delivery?
A: Absolutely! Same-day delivery/ pickup is available if the product that you wish to purchase is in stock. To ensure availability, please feel free to contact us and inquire about the product's availability before proceeding with your order.****
Q: Where is the self pick up location?
A: We are located in Amaya Cheras Maluri.
Q: What are the forms of delivery?
A: Delivery will be arranged through 3rd party delivery services. The delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
Amendments To An Order
Q: What should I do if I've made a mistake and need to change my delivery address?
A: OOPSSSSSS! You can just DM us (INSTA: @byyou.kl / Whatsapp 016-517 0144) with your order details and your new delivery address.
Q: Can I change the self pick up/ delivery time slot?
A: Changes of delivery time are allowable. However, you will need to inform us at least a day ahead of the scheduled delivery time. Please take note that any changes will depend on the availability of the product you have ordered, whether they are ready for collection or delivery.
Q: I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation of orders is not encouraged, but if you really want to cancel, you will need to inform us at least 2 days before scheduled delivery/ pick up day. There will be a cancellation fee of RM10.
