 It's Vien Sze here, the founder of BYYOU (once upon a time known as “CreamandsugarbyV”).

Yes, BYYOU was first named as CreamandsugarbyV. It first came about when I first started baking chiffon cakes & tiramisu. But after sometime, I found passion in making artisanal flavoured butter. 

Ever since I have created my recipe of Kombu butter, it gained popularity among those around me, that’s when I decided to turn my passion into career. 

I consider myself as a “little butter connoisseur”. I eat, live & breathe BREAD! Love pairing them with BUTTER, back then I only pair my bread with normal butter (because we can only get access to the normal ones), no fancy fancy stuff, so lucky you! Now you have the option to pair your breads with uniquely flavoured butters. 

 I’m no artist, but over time I’ve realised that working with butter is like being an artist, transforming a blank canvas into something extraordinary by incorporating unique ingredients.

If you are curious of why we are named as “BYYOU”, here’s why:

The name came about because of my belief. I believe nothing comes easy, and it is certainly not by my own wisdom that I have this business going on for quite a while now. I credit God for providing the opportunity to establish this business. Hence I have decided to name my brand as BYYOU, a business that has been created and given to me by God. 

To all of you who has been supporting me up til today,

I am immensely grateful for how much love and kindness
you all have shown. Your patience, kindness and support towards me has inspired me a lot, to do better & be better. This is also why our brand tagline is “Made by Us, Inspired BY YOU”.  You (my past, present & future customers) are my source of inspiration.
